UI DESIGN / UX DESIGN

Sharecare is one of the leading healthcare technology companies in the industry. Our lead designer, Delisha Peterson, was hired to be the lead UI/UX designer on a variety of iOS, Android, and web-based products for Sharecare.

Product

This project was for their consumer-facing mobile and web app’s Health Profile section. This section is where the user’s health data is stored via their healthcare provider and insurance claim data. The user can keep up with health claims, lab tests, health conditions, medications, and more. They can also manually enter any health data that is not pulled in from their insurance provider.

Process

Delisha worked closely with the product manager to analyze the requirements for each feature of the Health Profile. Designs were created and managed iteratively, while requirements and tasks were managed via design sprints with weekly scrums to ensure the design system’s elements were implemented properly across all 3 platforms.

Designs were created using the Sketch app. Prototypes were created for each design sprint using the InVision platform to serve as a guide and test for usability, as well as a UX guide for the dev team. All finalized designs were exported to Zeplin for development.

She was a lead designer on this product over the course of about 3 years.
