Product
This product was designed with a clear focus on enhancing and streamlining two of CFA’s legacy systems into one. It enables users to seamlessly upload documents, uses OCR to effortlessly create invoices, and promptly initiate payments to vendors all in a single workflow. This comprehensive solution empowers CFA operators and team members to efficiently manage AP tasks, ultimately improving operational efficiency and reducing the need to store physical documents.
Process
Delisha worked closely with the product managers, business stakeholders, and lead devs to analyze the requirements for each feature of the system. Designs were created and managed iteratively, while requirements and tasks were managed via an agile framework in bi-weekly sprints, with daily scrums to ensure each feature was implemented intuitively and met business requirements necessary for a successful pilot launch.
