Sharecare is one of the leading healthcare technology companies in the industry. Our lead designer, Delisha Peterson, was hired to be the lead UI/UX designer on a variety of iOS, Android, and web-based products for Sharecare.

Product

Care Console is a comprehensive admin console that acts as a one-stop shop that empowers advocates with a complete, 360-degree view of each member’s health, including key clinical information such as claims data, risk assessment data, benefits eligibility, and healthcare utilization. This system runs in parallel to the consumer-facing app, which delivers a personalized health experience by empowering people to access all their well-being resources, health benefits, and comprehensive care navigation in one place, bolstered by additional support from dedicated clinical advocates and tech-enabled, in-home care services.

Process

Delisha worked closely with the product managers to analyze the requirements for each feature of the console. Designs were created and managed iteratively, while requirements and tasks were managed via an agile framework with weekly, sometimes daily, scrums to ensure each feature was implemented intuitively and met requirements necessary for a successful launch.

The UI and design system were created using the Sketch app. Prototypes were created for each design sprint using the InVision platform to serve as a guide and test for usability, as well as a UX guide for the dev team. Prototypes were also used as a presentation tool for leadership staff and marketing to clients. All finalized designs were exported to Zeplin for development.

She was the lead designer on this product over the course of about 2 years.
